This is a Rare Caille Puritan 5c gambling machine. Only two known to exist in the world. The machine is listed only in a Sotheby’s catalog and one other publication giving the auction results in 1980. I called an expert who said it was a pedigree most likely and was a protype that never came off the production line.

This machine came from the son of a lady who won this machine in a gaming tournament at the Golden Nugget Casino in 1978.
